Aspiring Goals
Are you feeling stuck at your current fitness and physical level and can’t seem to move further or achieve more? Or are you simply not getting the energy and vitality level you would like to have to be able to engage and enjoy yourself in sports and in life?
Aspiring GoalsTM is not only about helping you to reach your ideal performance and fitness goals, but to constantly challenge them to realize a higher level. Get the benefit of lessons already learned, instead of learning by trial and error on your own. The error part can be painful, leading to possible injuries, whereby the time spent in recuperating injuries can be used meaningfully to improve your sports and fitness level. All programs guarantee results, as long as you follow the program.
It is our belief that anyone can aspire to become his or her own IDEAL SELF. It is our path and role in life to help make those goals a reality.
The following programs that are offered, reflect an outline of the methods and techniques that Aspiring Goals uses.
These programs are the culmination of over 25 years of athletic experience, 15+ years of coaching experience, and the best of those lessons learned from several world class and Olympic training programs, ranging from Track & Field, Cycling, Swimming, Ice Speed skating, and inline speed skating.
