Fitness and Speed Skating Classes for advanced to world class!
By Sandy Snakenberg – I describe speed skating as “power masked by grace.”

The goal of these classes is to give individuals the tools to master the basics of speed skating form and technique.

There will be a review after each session. Each session is between 1 to 1.5 hours.
