General Indemnity

I have been instructed to wear protective gear including helmet, elbow pads, wrist guards and kneepads. Helmets, wrist guards, elbow pads and kneepads must be worn during the course of all skating lessons.

I acknowledge that instructions will be given on how to use inline skates.

I realize that protective gear is designed to reduce the risk of injury but will not prevent all injuries.

To further reduce the risk of injury, I acknowledge that I shall skate in control and within my abilities. I understand and acknowledge that my speed will increase rapidly going downhill, which could cause me to lose control.

I understand and acknowledge that water, oil and other debris, as well as uneven and broken pavement should be avoided.

I understand and acknowledge that extreme caution is necessary around automobile traffic.

I further understand that there are risks involved with inline skating and that injuries are common and can be serious, even liabilities and claims that may arise during my use of inline skates.

The undersigned applicant and/or those signing on their behalf hereby acknowledge that this activity involves skating and its inherent risks and agree to and do release AG Sports or any other associated entities from any responsibility and liability arising out of the applicant’s participation in inline skating or conditioning lessons.

The undersigned applicant agrees to and acknowledges that he or she assumes all risk incident to his or her involvement in the events. The applicant agrees that he or she will not sue or make any claims whatsoever against the sponsors.
