Why you do this sport:

What I like about the program is not just the skating skill that Sandy (he is simply great) has given to me, but rather the overall program that include off-skate and gym workout. Today, I don’t have any back or neck ache. My body posture has improved a lot. I sleep better, don’t feel fatigue easily or falling asleep in front of the TV after dinner. The good thing is I get to wear my old pants that I kept away 3 years ago, going from a size 34 to size 32. Weighting 78Kg initially, now at 73Kg with a better tone body.

Best of all, this program has helped me cope with my Osteoarthritis knees. I used to have problem as simple as climbing up stairs. After 9 months into the program with strong leg muscles, I’m able to do most daily routine without much pain. This I believe is the biggest accomplishment of the program.
